balance updates :S

Is there anywhere where there is a list of the 2.0 balance updates?  I was just playing and I suddenly noticed that 2 Altarian race specific techs that were there before are gone (inherent magic +25 solidering, and The temple of tandis, for an awesome temple)  So I was wanting to know what else has been changed, but I don't know where to look?

Both inherent magic with its +25 soldiering and shrine of tandis are present in my game in the Altarian tree.

For what it's worth: 2.0 change log.

Yeah you are right.  They just weren't popping up for me, because I hadn't researched something on the Altarian tech tree I guess.  I started another Altarian game and I found them this time.
