Easiest way to do it without breaking anything is to right click them within Impulse, archive them each, then uninstall, set the install directory (via preferences accessed by the blue orb in the upper left corner, by the way), and then restore the archives.
I'm not positive what effects just copying the directories over will do (or moving them which is essentially the same thing), but some registry entries will be incorrect and the launchers probably won't work (although the game exes should), so I wouldn't recommend it.
You might want to double check that the archives do in fact work first before uninstalling, though, as I and another poster have had difficulties with archives on the current build of Impulse. It hasn't been narrowed down yet, but for me at least, they work intermittently when creating. However, an archive that does restore will always restore (in my experience) and you do not appear to have to uninstall or alter a game's version to test if an archive will extract.
Alternatively, you can do an archive check on the archives in question, after they're made, with winrar or 7zip, but I'm trying to keep things simplistic here, to the best of my abilities.
