DA 2.0 still losing new ship icons

Still losing new ship icons part way into game.  Have to go looking for them.  Looking at colony report will tell if a new ship will be built next turn.  When it happens, there are no new ship icons at all even if several are ready.

Restarting temporarily fixes the problem for the next turn.  But not for the current turn.  If you don't restart, you will never see new ship icons.

Fun to look for them.

But I was hoping this bug would be fixed with this.  I have seen other reports of this.  Running Vista with SP and 3 gigs memory.

The only thing that we updated in DA 2.0 was the espionage, and compatibility fixes for 64 bit Vista.

The pre-2.0 was losing ship icons from mid to late game.  I am not sure when this problem started (in terms of versions).  I have seen others report this.  I think it has to do with the number of ships existing.

It's annoying but I keep playing anyway.
