You can change time by acceleration if we study the work of Einstien and Oppenheimer.
For example, through the process of acceleration, you are effectively changing time itself around you. Say you took a trip to Pluto and back to Earth. If you accelerated towards the speed of light, you would have about an eight year trip on your hands. However, once you returned to Earth, everybody would have waited 20 years.
Time slows down when you approach the speed of light.
Time stops when you are at the speed of light.
Time reverses if you go faster than the speed of light.
Oh! You meant just change the time setting... never mind
