Looking for a certain mod

I've seen forums all over about this star trek mod for GalCiv2, but i can't find the actual download anywhere. i see one was made by a guy names tony rodal. I don't know where to go from there. all i want to know id where this guys mod file can be found. In the meantime, i'll keep looking all over the net for it
