Serial Number

it's not working

I try to registrate it? but I was told that the serial I has entered isnt valid.

But it is yhe only provided by 1c.

I want to if I could update this game? and how?

IIRC that is the Snowball Russian version? If so, I believe you need to register it with Snowball in order to get a "real" serial that you can use with Impulse. If you've already done this, then as Neilo said support should be able to help further.
