Turning off auto-upgrade

How do I turn off planetary improvements from auto-upgradring ?

I must be blind but I can't find the option for the life of me. All I've found on the forum is people asking for the ability to turn off specific types of building instead of all of them, so I'm guessing turning everything off is possible. I don't want to go through all my planet again to stop the farms and manufactures.

Thats it.

I personally turn these options off as soon as I get a new planet so as not to have 20 planets upgrading at once and using my resources

I usually just let it go since I have a strong enough economy. What I hate though is when all of a sudden I steal Xeno Farming III from someone and I have to go through my list of planets and stop them from making Advanced Farming so I don't have planets with 25 billion people (and this a horrible approval rating)

If I had a dollar for every time I asked for a checkbox to turn off auto upgrading of farms only . . .

I prefer to just review all planets all over at each upgrading step : it's a double purpose review : First I either cancel or reorder the automatic upgrades that were put at the end of the queue.Second I review the whole planet strategy, depending on the latest developments... (using the "Z" key to switch planets starting from my homeworld)

Going to each planet detail screen just to switch the governors off is a pain for me
