Ok i am planing on buying TA when 2.0 comes out will the digital downloaded have 2.0 already  installed on it or not.

Impulse always has the latest version. It shouldn't vary considerably in size from the current version.

Is TA on SDC now? (In the shop) If yes then i would hazzard a guess that 2.0 will be on there also. I had thought that SD had moved all purchasing over to Impulse, though that is an assumption.

Yes, the gold version of 2.0 will be on SDC, while the beta is only on Impulse.
