Playing a huge galaxy using DA 1.80g.
As I am getting into the end of the game, every 3 or 4 turns, when the turn starts, it shows where I need to do construction but no new ships. There are new ships if I hunt endlessly for them, but I have no easy way to launch them. I can fix this temporarily by saving and reloading. The next turn, the newships show up (but not for the previous turn). On some planets, I get a backlog of ships not launched which I see later.
