Logistics Bug!?!

Hey guys,

 

I have been looking through bug reports, logistics info, mega events, etc. I have run into a situation where my logistics score is zero even though I had a losigtics level of II, then researched it to III, still said logistics score was 0. When I added ships to a fleet I would get 15 of 0 ~~~ 3 rating * 5 ships = 15.

I also noticed my weekly income dropped from around 150 to 250 down to less than zero. Sure I lost a couple freighters which I replaced to more safer routes.

Are these events related? What concerns me more is the logistics rating of ZERO when I have the third level of logistics trained. In the game I did have some fleets, this just suddely appeared out of nowhere. Did I miss somthing? A special ability?

Pros out there... can you help?

Yes, did you see an event happen that showed a ship flying over some water?  If so, then scour the tech tree for a green tech called Disease Cure or Plague Cure (or um...Firmware update and Antivirus for Yor...I'm skety on thoe two tech names).

Your race, as well as most of the galaxy is suffering from a mega event virus that has reduced ALL your abilitie scores to 0.  Learn that cure before your opponents and get a leg up on them!

Ahhhhaaaa... Can't say I remember when I saw the disease mega event, but I do vaguely remember one happening and I discarded it as not important.

In my order of importances, this event takes precidence over almost ANYTHING else I am researching when this event happens.  BTW as the Yor, you start out with the ability to learn these two tech right from the start....immunizing yourself for if/when this event does happen.
