Possible to purchase a hardcopy?

just wondering if its possible to purchase a hardcopy (of twilight of arnor) in a store somewhere in aus. can't really buy and download online cause my nets just crap.

Actually while i ask is the only way to buy online with a credit card casue i dont have one of them either.

You can buy a hardcopy, just not in stores. My disk got to me in 2 weeks.
