Sometime ago there was a post concerning this point but there was not a clear end.
I personally find repetitive and somewhat boring upgrading continuously starbases. It avoids me to center in the "grand strategy", as you begin to spam starbases all around, and upgrading them consumes lots of time in the turn. You can say: "Hey, don't build them if you don't like", but if you play vs AI you need to build them just to stand equal to them. I know there's a limit of 4 starbases / sector, So my questions are:
Is there any way to limit this "limit" to 1, or maybe 1 of each type?. This way Starbase creation&upgrade would be more selective, and I should think before spam them all around.
Is it possible to limit the available modules (to maybe 2-3 upgrades per starbase or something similar) only? This way you should think what to do with them before upgrading.
