Hi, I've got the same problem as mentionned here : https://forums.galciv2.com/114813 But the helping link doesn't work, so how can I do to activate a game with no Internet connection ? Thx

If you attempt to activate anyway, it should then give you an option to activate by taking some text over to a connected machine and emailing it to us.

Ok I've just sent the mail.

I've got another major problem... When I try to launch the game on my compute (the one who have Internet), the screen goes black and nothing happens. I tried to uninstall Twilight Armor and nothing happens.

Do I need to uninstall all the GalCiv2 folder ?

Thx

This is usually a resolution issue. Check the debug.err file in My Documents\My Games\GC2TwilightArnor and post the contents here, and it should confirm if that's the case.
