Galactic Civilization is very addictive!

Hi everyone! I'm new here and what a blast!!
I've played the game everyday - 3 hrs...*scream with joy*

I'll post my long reviews / articles about the game later.
The articles will be based on all sectors of the game and the services in Galviv2 and Stardock.
But, wait...*looking very strange*...I want to donate! Where is the donate button!!!

Donate?

Steady now, your approaching the terminal phase ..... next you'll be having a crazy notion its better to go out once in a while and party through the night.

Your only option is to get into a Suicidal game ...

Domnate to Stardock?

Buy all their games. That will 'donate to them'.

That exit message: "A few more turns wouldn't hurt." usually gets you. Only wanted to do a half-hour, ended up well over 2.

Though to be fair I spend most of my time in the Ship-editor.

My article is nearly Finnish! :CONGRAT:  Well...I'll just have to follow your advices and buy all of their games. Nevertheless, is AutoCAD inventor Pro compatible with GalCiv2? I've heard that many users rather make their mods with 3D-Max.
Well...the problem is...I'm a sucker on 3D-Max - Big Time! :NOTSURE:

Sorry...

P.S. GalCiv2 games made me very happy. This is because, I've got an A+ in my Advance Maths! I've got 98% in my exam - Maths rules, GalCiv2 rocks!

Thank you very much everyone! All of you made this forum like a home for strategy clans and fans alike!

Thanks again!

I've played all the way from 10pm to 7 in the morning. I think I know how the guy is feeling. But yes, this is a phase of ecstasy that some of us go through. After several games, you begin to lose your high as you become accustomed to things.

It's good to give yourself a break every now and then, so that the game feels fresh whenever you play it. ;)

How does being good in math help you with Galciv2? Any tips/strategies?

Yeah... I was wondering about that one. :P

I don't know of any popular games where formal education provides a significant advantage. Although I have heard that a degree in Finance or Economics can help in EVE Online (that game is ridiculously complex).
