Impulse install, all GalCiv2 products fail at startup

I just recently finished installed GalCiv2, DA and ToA through Impulse, and upon running ToA it gives me the opening cutscene and then crashes straight afterwards. I read online and tried the "SkipIntro = 1" idea, and that just makes it crash even faster. I then used Impulse to verify the install for ToA, and it came up clean.

After that I decided to try DA, which promptly asked me to load my CD and run the setup.exe to fix a problem (Note: I installed this through Impulse, so a CD is out of the question, let alone setup.exe). After which I attempted to run GalVCiv2 on it's own, and it can't even run at all. When I used Impulse to verify the install it came up saying that the install was not correct.

I am running Vista 32bit and have everything fully updated, yet it refuses to work. Any chance for help? Also, if I have to reinstall, will I need to redownload all three products again?

My apologies for the double post, but the problem seems to have fixed itself. After uninstalling then reinstalling each part then testing it to see if it worked they seem to all be working perfectly now. I think I installed them too quickly before while doing other things in the background, so I could have interrupted the installation, as well as pausing the download several times which may have corrupted some files.

Sorry for the hassle, but I'm just really glad that I can play this wonderful game now.
