TOA: Vista 64. Impulse says TOA Update available BUT. . .

When I tell it to update TOA, it tells me "This program is not compatible with your operating system".

How can i update TOA? I can't seem to find a link to an external source for the patch and what gives with Impulse?

Actually, Impulse will no longer let me install ANYTHING because of the same error. Apparently Impulse updated itself today and now I can't install or update anyting without it telling me it is incompatible with my OS. Last night, i installed everything except Sins of A Solar Empire. Today, I can't do squat. Please help.
