Video Tutorial Missing

Hi:

I just got the game today, updated it, etc. Most things seem to be in order except that when I try to play the video tutorial I get nothing. I hit "play," the background music stops and that's it. I looked around the fora here and can't find this issue - please refer me to the post if you know of one.

If you used SDC to download, you'll need to expand the + next to GalCiv2 and download the tutorials videos separately (they're optional).
