Erm, Map Editor?

When I bought the game I kinda was under the impression it had a map editor...
I recently bought quite a few games and I'm wondering if I got mixed up but I was almost positive that TotA had a map editor...but I can't find it on the menus...
So...
Am I deranged?
Or is the map editor just hard to find?

The third option from the top of the start screen is editors. when clicked, the first option it gives is map editor. This is with TOA only, not DL or DA.

You can find the button for the editors if you start the game using the launcher, instead of the direct game link.

Aaaah I see.
I've been auto-launching from a desktop icon. This also answers the question of where the heck are the tech tree editors are
