ToA retail CD just arrived, i'm a bit upset

Well Stardock is great in DD as I always say. But sucks pretty bad at retail and shipping.

From last year the shipping cost is doubled (10$->20$) and in europe we have pay the Euro-Dollar-revert-change (well it's known as VAT that simply delete the good change we have against dollar, but that's not your fault).

At least usually I got a good package that's its however not worthy the huge but make me happy a bit (however an option to cumulate cd version and send them at once could help the shipping cost problem, I got SotSE just some month ago).

The problem this time is that I had to pay to get a CD in a paper envelope (that somehow survived the shipping) without even the cd-key like other retail edition.

Well and of course when you buy the game at stardock store you see the image of a good looking retail box that I don't see in my package.

If I had to pay for a backup cd I could have made it from SDCentral.
