Trouble Figuring Production

My problem is it doesn't work "perfectly."

For example, I have a planet with a moon and 56 mp total from factories and my initial colony. The production capacity slider is set to 100% and the social rate slider is set to 100%. My race has a cilization social production bonus of 65%.

My understanding of the math from Iztok is that I should get a 75% bonus to my 56mp for a total of 98mp. But instead it displays 97mp.

Where am I off? It's driving me mad!

The bonuses are calculated seperately, not as one combined figure, and rounded down individually.

So:

56 base production
Moon gives 10%, so 5.6 rounded down to 5
Civ bonus is 65%, so 36.4, rounded to 36

56+5+36 = 97
