Gal Civ II Dread Lords - new manual available?

my manual screenshots don't match what I see

I have updated to the latest version of Gal Civ II DL... but while reading the PDF manual, I notice that the screen shots in the manual, don't match what I see onscreen.

So I assume some of the updates have changed the screen some in the game. Is there someplace to download a new manual ?
