CTD after leaving game window

Pretty simple. It appears as though an exit from the game back to the desktop via alt-tab leads to a crash for the game when I return.

This is a known issue with TA; for the time being, you can work around it by running the game in windowed mode (if you keep it at your desktop resolution, it will look just like fullscreen).

Rather than starting a new thread, I'm also having an issue where anomalies are not rendered.
