Digital Download Question

Hey All,

  I do not have internet access at home and was wondering if I would be able to purchase/download the game on my computer at work and then be able to take the files/backup home and install it on my computer at home without connecting to the internet.  Thanks for your help...Love GalCiv 2/DA and would love to play TA!

If you can install Stardock Central/Impulse at work, yes, you can do that. You will need to make a return trip to activate the game after you install it, but otherwise it should be no problem.

So I gather it operates kind of like Steam in that you have to log on at least once to activate the game on the computer it's currently installed?

On first run you'll be prompted to enter your email address and serial. If internet isn't available to complete the process, you'll have the option of copying a block of gibberish off to email via another machine, getting the needed activation file in return.

Is this a sign I've been playing too much Sins? When I saw Seabass's avatar, I immediately hovered over it and scrolled the mouse wheel, expecting the whole screen to zoom in.  X-(

Trust me you don't want to see that pixilated picture up close. My new avatar is getting colored today. :)
