Yellow Radar on map?

I jus autosaved a game and when I cam back to it I saw this yellow line that rotated around what appears to be a sun. It looks like a radar. I've never seen it before..what is it?

Sorry I didn't respond to you about this. It was a graphics bug and it went away after I reloaded the map! Good call.
