ToA fails to validate.

Alright, I'm having some problems installing ToA. I bought it online with a credit card. I did what it said to do, go to SDC and enter the serial number. I think I did that, but it failed to specify where I go to get it. I figured it was in My Games. I looked under Galciv2, right clicked on ToA, and I tried to register it. I put in all of the information correctly, but it does not validate correctly, and yes, I have DL and DA. I believe this is most likely an error of lack of specification, but I might be doing something else wrong here. Any suggestions?

That should be all you need to do if you've used the same email address for everything. As Dougy said, contact support and they'll be able to get you fixed up.

I've got that fixed now. There is a problem with crashing though, whenever I start I game, I either crash the moment I start a game, or a minute or two in game.
