Alright. Here is my 2nd shot at the Hydran Dreadnought. I like this one for it does closely match the drawings of the ship. I was thinking of tweaking the first attempt of the Dreadnought and make it the Battleship. Here is the Iron Duke, my second try:

Cool ship, reminds me of those Imperial Star Destroyers from Star Wars.

Ok, I have reworked the 1st Dreadnought with the intent that it be the Battleship. And here it is.

After that, I read a little out of the old SFB rule book and picked up on how the Monarch Battleship was just a stretched, thickened and widened Paladin. So I then built this version.

Well I am sorry to say that the Chandley class is beyond my capabilities to make. Either I can't get it to work or the parts available I can't get it right. The angles of the "wings" bend too much. After 3 days I find myself giving up.

However needing a Federation ship to replace that one in the Expansion pack I have put together the Larson class:

Will this mod be for TA V 1.91?

Currently I'm running on V.1.96. I started this on the TA Beta and I check everything whenever I install an update. So it should work on every version of TA.

OK. So will each race get their own tech trees?

yes except for the minor races. some of them will share others. For example the Lyran Democratic Republic(LDR), a minor race will have the same tech tree as the Lyran Star Empire(major)

so only a few race left and then Fed & Emp come out but i do ask this with the chostom tech trees the costome races and a ships for each race how big will this be when this is done?

I was thinking, for the Tholians there could be a fleet component that has status effects... so perhaps, it slows down enemy ships in their own territory, and enhances weapon damage in battle.... That could perhaps operate as a Tholian Web.

I agree at first I didint think much of the mod I wasin't a real big startrek fan but you guys are really doing very well.So now im looking forward to it keep it up im almost done making your event movies and events just let me know when to upload them.

I'm very curious what stuff you have put together.

I love Star Wars storywise much more then Star Trek but when it comes to the starships I felt that next to the Star Destroyer the fleets of Star Trek were the best. And I love seeing them battle it out, which is the focus of the Starfleet Battles/Federation and Empire games.
