TA - Major Exploit Using Colony Manager

You mean I can buy a WHOLE planet?

It has been discovered that a player can purchase colony upgrades without limit in a single turn by using the colony management screen. If it has already been reported, please disregard.

Yep. I've been using it too :) . I figure with the tighter econ and the fact that you'll either be buying one improvement per planet for a lot of planets or now buying several from few planets. It doesn't really seem like all that big a deal. Wouldn't really care if it stayed, but only if the AIs can do it as well, which I doubt.

I feel the same way you do, but I don't think the AI's can use it. I kinda like the freedom though.

Better to have some BCs to spare though. Unless --

darn, another accidental click...
continues;

I just conquered planet X.
After some thorough inspection, the place is quite messy with a bunch of useless AI gimmicks i couldn't care less about.
Bing-bang-boom; grow, fabricate, cashin, influx, defend, in a quick loop.
Yup, a swift & more efficient micman way.
Maybe this was PURPOSELY put in by the coders!??

I was doing this, and I was buyng neutrality learning centers. The first one I bought was almost completed, and every NLC after that cost 710 bc (instead of the 4100 they normally cost)! I filled the Dread Lords PQ 36 planet with research centers in one turn, then strolled on down the street to a quick tech victory.

I believe this could easily be resolved by simply fixing the no update bug on the colony screen. It really should update whenever a change occurs in its data anyway.
