TA Invasion bug?

When I go to invade a planet, I have discovered that 'traditional warfare' option no longer appears, only the other invasion options I've researched.

Sometimes I just didn't feel like ruining the planet I was invading and I didn't want to use these options.

Is this a bug, or am I just being stupid once again?

I know, I have it. If I recall right, it is separately from the others on the top.

edit: its 1st from the top, is it not showing for you?
