"Failed to validate" error

I bought, downloaded, installed and played Twilight Of the Arnor and Dark Avatar expansions.  It all worked fine.

Today I changed my email address.

When I started Stardock Central today, it came up with the error "Failed to validate your Dark Avatar (expansion pack) registration information.  Please verify that you have entered your email address and serial number correctly."

I got the same error for Twilight of the Arnor.

The expansion does play however.

Is the error the result of changing my email address after buying the game on my old address?  Is there a fix?  What are the consequences of this error message please?

Impulse says my serial numbers are invalid, so won't update XO

Support should be able to check your account over and put things in order again, as above.

Yes, thanks, I did indeed contact them and have sent them my serials last week.  Awaiting their reply now.
