TA - Yor Tech tree bug?

is it intentional for the Yor to only have 4 phasor techs rather than the usual 7 (ie they have phasor 1, phasor 2, phasor 6, phasor 7)? or is it corruption in my tech tree?

ignore this - looks like it's deliberate, though the longer i examine weapons in the tech tree for each race, the more confused i get about the intent.
