unable to download Twilight of Arnor through Stardock

hello out there,

Is anyone else having issues downloading Twilight through Stardock central? I know that ppl have said if you buy the game with different emailt hat it may not work right? But I've not been able to fix this... I paid my money, got the serial # and everything but no matter what i try the game wont download for me... it's very frustrating.

To make it worse, tech support is not replying to me...

Anyone else have this issue and found out hwo to fix so it downloads?

Are you getting an error message, no install button, can't find it, etc? Please be as specific as possible, we can't really help based on 'can't download' alone.

hello there, am sorry I wasn't more specific. I emailed tech support yesterday at 4:30 pm MST.

There's no error message in SDC. Once SDC is open and I try to use my serial # I got from Stardock, twilight of the arnor expansion does not show up in the games I purchased and therefore it won't let me download.

This is my second purchase of a game from stardock using this new email address as well. I bought the original collector's edition of Gal Civ 2 and Dark Avatar on an old email.

Do you need more then that? I will try to answer all questions as best I can. I just want to download the game LOL

That explains it, then. You need to have all three on the same one in order to download TA. Support should recognize that when they look at your account, but if not, request an account merge of the two email addresses.

If you're using Windows Vista you should start Stardock Central via the context menu item "Run as Administrator" (right-click on the executable/shortcut).
