ToA shows as "available" but can't download

I purchased the game bundle a few months ago and was able to download GalCivII and Dread Lords fine With a listing for Twilight of the Arnor that had dashes in the "available" column. there is now a date (last update game date) in that column but I only have a "purchase" link in the last column. So how do I download this already purchased expansion pack?

It sounds like your serial number info might be wrong. For the quickest resolution, shoot an email over to [email protected]. They'll probably have you going by dinner time.
