Building bugs

One bug I noticed is that while on the planet screen, you can only buy one building per turn (as intended), if you quick-buy buildings from the civilization manager, that restriction is currently non-functional.

Also, you can currently demolish buildings you should not be able to, like the Weather Control Centre and Biosphere Modulator. This has the game-breaking side-effect that planet quality can be increased up to the theoretical maximum of 72 by alternately destroying and rebuilding either of those two buildings (PQ doesn't decrease upon destruction of a modulator)

I can confirm that.

And I can confirm the 72 PQ.

Oh indeed? I personally keep seeing galactic wonders NOT giving civ wide bonuses if that is thier function. I even tried using the metaverse planet improvments xml. Could someone check thier statistics before and after building an item that grants civ wide bonus (trade goods, galactic bazaar, tir quan center.... I would appreciate that.

Also someone could try to use a racial pq increase bonus, transfer planet, take planet back somehow. For me this causes excess squares to be deleted but thier benefit stays. If you have patiance this could be quite an exploit.
