BUG in the purchase social project window in planet manager screen

I notied the other night, if I go into the planetary management screen and decide to puchase a social project I can purchase one after the other on the same planet, in the same turn, as long as the money holds out. I think you are only allowed to purchase one social project per turn per planet, but this circumvents that.
