Tile Bonuses and major projects

Probably a silly question, but what happens if you build a Restaurant of Eternity on a cultural bonus tile? Does my entire civilization get a slightly ridiculous cultural bonus?

Galactic achievements I am not so sure about, but IIRC, capitals and things that give you a percentage bonus do not "stack" with bonus tiles. Buildings that give you an exact bonus, like a factory, are modified by bonus tiles.

Yeah, but Influence buildings are always a percentage, and ARE modified by bonus tiles. Same with Morale buildings.

The Restaurant of Eternity boosts Influence, same as say, an Embassy, except for your entire Civ. So the question is, does a bonus tile still work on it?

Its fairly easy to check if something will give bonuses from the tiles - simply build it on the tile then hit the summary button in the planet screen and the page will show you what effects ( including bonuses ) apply to your various structures.
