Any mod which modifies tech or improvements text available or in preparation?

The thing which most annoys me in TA and in general since GC2 has been released are descriptions which in some cases are somewhat stupid; considering that the immersivity factor is really important to me i wonder if there is already any mod available which changes some of the tech or planetary improvement descriptions with something more sci-fi meaningful and which is faithful to the game storyline and race flavour.

If there is no mod such like that is there anyone which is already creating more interesting text for tech trees and planetary improvements?

I don't know of any such mod, but I'd welcome one. This effects lots of texts in the game: diplomacy dialogue, tech descriptions, event texts.

The current descriptions aren't bad, some of them are really funny, but for an epic game I'd often like more serious, actually believable texts. I actually thought about making such a mod myself, but I just don't have the time. :(
