terror stars

i have created the terror star and fully upgraded it but it won't move. on every turn it says i have 0/0 moves. any ideas why??? anyone else having this problem?

Hi, has anyone got idea why Terror Star do not shoot in i think last mission of TA campaign, i am supposed to shoot in my own star system but game simply refuses to do so.

I can't make a fleet with the terror star in it. When I made the fleet, the game crashed.
