TOA:1.9 components in Dregin tech tree: Ion beams missing

Title says it all.

Version 1.9, Dregin tech Ion Beams does not have a module "released" when the tech is researched.

Anyone else have this issue.

And yes, I did uninstall the beta beforehand.
