Am I living in an Aerosmith song ?

Why do I always start on an edge, or in a corner ? Why do I never start in the center ? The PC always gets the prime real estate, because they start in the center, where there are lots of planets. There are usually not a lot of planets on the edges

I hope this is adressed in the new editor in twilight of the Arnor. Where we can pick our starting positions.

It's a little difficult to do it because maps are random... So are starting positions.

(by the way, where's the other thread? Or did the replies get deleted?)
