Why Can't I Download the Update?

I purchased the retail version, registered the game, and followed the directions for downloading the patch and update, but all I get is a blank screen with a little red and blue icon-like figure when I go to what should be the download page.

Please help. What am I doing wrong? (:(

I am also in this same situation. I placed the game on d: registered it then tried to download both stardock then the patch/bonus stuff. I even tried the link, however I get the same blank screen and icon in the top left corner. Anyone have an idea whats up. Appreciate the help.
