How many battles does it take to get awards?

I got a few of them but I just got a new one of wounded in battle. Is this from my 3 game losing streak? Where is there a list of awards and the quallifications to get them?

Click on the Metaverse button and once there go to the Galactic Databank menu and select Legend. Here's a direct link Metaverse Medals.

You get wounded in action for 5 posted losses but AFAIK the medal is only viewable from your metaverse profile and doesn't show up in posts. Regretable because it's a nice medal. Also the commentor medals don't showup but I think the author medals do.
