Question about the formula to generate research points

I want to know if it is better to specialize Planets with bonus research fields to scientific planets or not.

For example: If I have a planet which have a little place, giving me a 300% research bonus, 4 research buildings and a technological capital. Beside this, the whole planet have a general research bonus of 10%. What is the formula for the max research points?

(8+8+8+32))*1,1*2= 123,2 Research Points (32 is the research of the bonus field, *2 ist the technological capital, 1,1 is the 10% bonus of the planet)

or

(8+8+8+8)*1,1*2+24= 94,4 Research Points (24 ist only the research generated from the field-bonus)

You know what I want to describe?

Can you give the individual planetary bonuses another boost with buildings like a technological capital or not? 

Same question with the manufactoring Output.
