The selectable resolutions is currently based on the available resolutions of the primary monitor.  If I wish to play the game on my secondary monitor, can it be made to have the secondary monitor resolutions available as well?

I've tried using custom resolutions and editing the .ini file, but I've been having problems with stretching and resolution reset everytime I change something in the preference.
