data editor know one?

As the title suggests where can I find a data editor for GCDA. Not a map editor or anything likes that but a data editor especially for the techtree. And do not suggest GalCiv2IDE-1.0.7.3 but its not a good data editor map yes data no. there some kind of erroe or somthing .

Data editors:

Ultraedit, Notepad++, MSVS200x (for XML).

Or just wait for the TA release, which will have every editor you need.

Are you talking about new official editors for DA? My guess, that won't happen.

Editors for DA won't be released, if you're talking about the 2.0 version, I think the latest dev journal said something about Q3 this year.
