Grafic Glitch due to many Parts ?

Helllo Its me - I am sitting here trying to create the last missing Ships for my Custom Race and while doing that,i tried out if my old Friend the Grafic Glitch is still present -
and yes he is
Does anyone have a clue how to avoid this ?
Because it is anyoing to create a Mother of all Ships and then you cannot fit in any functional Parts ,because then your Ship look like Pieces of Junk
And you cannot win a War with just Medium sized or smaller Ships (on my Large Design the Error ocours a bit later then on the Dread but is still there)
The funny Thing is ,i loaded some of my older Designs ,truly massive Builds and no Error in Sight (my older Dread Design is such a Big Bastard ,you cannot see it on one Screen in the Shipbuilder)
