I wasn't planning this to be based on a game, just some fan fiction, but I gauss I can do it on a game. also, please give spelling corrections.
"wow... amazing, isn't it?" Juan exclaimed as the crew of the SS explorer walked down the red carpet, awestruck by both the ship we were about to bored and the millions surounding us. we couldn't believe this was finaly happening, our childhood fantasies staring us in the face. as we got up next to the podium in front of the loading bay, the president's hologram began speaking, "this is a great step for humanity, one that will go down in history for milenia, and change to face of this planet, humanity as a whole, this solor system, and the universe itself. and to think that all this started by cavemen, looking up at the endless heavens, and wondering what could possibly be without the earthly bowndes they had grown so familure with. and to think it all started when a man with some expertly engineered glass-in-a-tube. and to think this all started when two nations had a race to the moon..." I zoned out about there. after his hour-long speach, the doors opened and we stepped inside. the hall was about as heavily furnished as a baresheet of mettal and looked about the same. "nice decor, real origanial." Jonathan said, with a chukle as a reply from the rest of the crew. "at least it's not pink." I said. and thus we all took our stations, me being a feild scientist, I had nothing to do but watch everyone else do their job and play with my virtual chemistry set, which I had done to death sence middle school. so I leaned agenst the wall in the helm, watching everyone push buttons, and flip switchs and check gages. when the count-down finally started, I was releaved and anxious. this will be a truly historic day I thought whether for better or for worse.
to be continued...
