CTD opponent ship details bug

CTD when you try to look at pretty revolving oppenent ship details screen maybe 1 out of 5 attempts.

This bug has been around for ages I'm pretty sure it's in DA as well it's really starting to irk me so I thought id post it. 

Anyone else experiencing this annoying bug?

 

Extra details don't know if helpful:

My graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS

fully updated drivers according to NVIDIA  website (non beta drivers).

I've also seen this bug around for a long time but it really seems to only happen for me if I've alt-tabbed out of the game at some point. If I don't, I never seem to get that CTD. I could be imagining things but thought I'd put it out there.

Thanks for reply. I usually alt-tab during my games at some point so I'll keep it in mind. I've been avoiding going to the ship details screen to avoid the crashes so next time I won't to see if your alt-tab theory is right.

Even if the alt-tab is causing it it's still a bug that Stardock needs to fix.

Dzhel, after some testing I'm pretty sure your right. Just gotta hope Stardock fix it now I guess.
