Latest beta 96a(b)006 crashing during fleet combat

I downloaded and installed the new beta recently and have noticed everytime I fight a fleet action with the Koranth clan two things happen in this sequence:

Enemy ships are invisible in the combat screen, but damage point are being displayed and when the fleet battle finishes the game crashes. This happens everytime. I have not had a problem until the recent beta and then only with the Koranth clan fleets. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game to no success. Running the latest Nvidia 8800 GTS drivers on and Intel dual core system.

Some users have reported issues with the restage of the last beta 4 build that was done to resolve some download issues (it was not actually a new build). Check out beta 5 and let us know if you're still having this problem.
