Super projects, are they for planet or for the entire empire

^ That one. For example omega research center says nothing but only gives a bonus to one planet. Hyper Computers says nothing but gives a bonus for the empire. Galactic Resort says is gives 25% morale to??

I'd have to put updating this sort of UI text to make the wiki reference unnecessary on my wish list for the 2.0 effort, especially considering it appears to be the last major chance for serious GC2 dev work.

p.s. That's not a gripe--I want NotMoM2 and a long break before Stardock start serious puttering on GC3.

There is at least one thing that you can count on and that is that all trade goods are global, but as Iztok points out super projects and wonders are on a case by case basis.
