Hmmm, prey tell sire, was it econ, tech or speed that got you over the 90K?
Brought in some of the changes I'd discovered worked well in TA ZYWs. A combination of a change in bonus picks (extra speed, less econ / morale), and research order (I got to Warp Drive by 1st March). Also some ship re-design to accomodate the research changes.
Finished on April 15th, and I was fortunate to find a 1000bc anomaly 2 turns from the end, just as my cash had run out and dropped me to 0% output. There was also a minor race stuck between the combatants, enabling an extra few hundred bc from trading. As a result, I had 100% spending every turn.
Key change, IMO - never researched Advanced Computing (so no Tech Capital or miniaturization).
